Welcome to PRB’s online hub for the 3rd NTA-Africa Conference!

From September 6-8 in Somone, Senegal, governments and researchers will take stock on the demographic dividend, generational economy, and sustainable development in Africa, five years after the adoption of the African Union roadmap. The conference is co-organized by PRB, the Regional Consortium for Research in Generational Economics (CREG), the UN Economic Commission for Africa, and the United Nations Population Fund.

3rd edition NTA-Africa Conference: Demographic Dividend, Generational Economics and Sustainable Development in Africa. Taking Stock and Building Forward Better 5 years after the adoption of the African Union Roadmap on Demographic Dividend.

Aïssata Fall, PRB’s Africa Director, will serve as moderator in select plenaries and sessions and will also chair debates with parliamentarians and other policymakers; see the schedule below. She’ll also attend other events throughout the conference.
