Program Associate

Estelle Yeung joined PRB in June 2024 as a program associate in the International Programs department, where she primarily supports the MOMENTUM Knowledge Accelerator project. Yeung’s interests are in maternal/child health, opioid overdose prevention, and migration.

Yeung holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Health and International Studies, with a focus area in global health, from Johns Hopkins University. While at Hopkins, she conducted harm reduction research with the Bloomberg Overdose Prevention Initiative, as well as historical research on displacement in the Asian American diaspora. Previously, she worked on social determinants of health and community engagement at the Baltimore City Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs and at local community organizations. She is fluent in French.
