Eve Brecker was a policy advisor in International Programs. She managed the PACE Project’s contraceptive use dynamics portfolio and leads organizational monitoring, learning, and evaluation activities. Brecker has more than 10 years of experience in both international development and reproductive health. Prior to PRB, she worked as a consultant with Deloitte’s federal health sector, managing the evaluation of public health preparedness grant recipients and providing project management support for global health activities at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. She also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Morocco, where she led reproductive health programming with nomadic communities. Brecker holds a master’s degree in global reproductive health from Emory University and a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from James Madison University.
