Jennifer Mandes serves as the Accounting & IT Manager for PRB, bringing more than 29 years of accounting expertise to her role. She oversees all accounts payable and receivable processes, manages timely responses and issue resolution for the Department of Finance & Administration, performs journal entries, and handles various accounting responsibilities to support the organization’s financial accuracy and efficiency. Mandes also manages company travel and expenses and guides staff on accounting-related matters. Additionally, she oversees PRB’s relationship with its IT provider, acting as the main point of contact and administration.

With a thorough understanding of PRB’s operations, Mandes plays a crucial role in ensuring efficiency and support across departments. She attended the University of Maryland, College Park.
