For 20 years, the Interagency Gender Working Group (IGWG) has been a valuable resource and networking space for gender professionals across sectors. The new IGWG website will continue to serve as an important hub for gender and development materials.
(2009) Climate change may adversely affect the population in many parts of the globe, in particular in developing countries where there is still substantial population growth.
(2012) Women who have an unmet need for contraception are broadly defined as those who want to delay or stop childbearing but are not using contraception. Put another way, these women are potential users of contraception.

PRB has developed seminal resources to support decisionmakers on measures to enhance contraceptive continuation for women who want to avoid pregnancy.
